Pros

Employee benefits are very good, with flexible start and finish times within a one-hour window. There is a system that allows employees to apply for an efficiency reward leave day and leave one hour early. Remote work is available two days per month. The office environment is attractive, Mac users are well supported, work autonomy is high, and clients are primarily multinational companies. The projects have high visibility, colleagues are easy to get along with, and introverts do not feel alone. The organization is flat, with direct communication and no obvious hierarchical atmosphere.

Cons

#HighStressToleranceRequired #YouNeedToBeStrong #MultitaskingSkillsRequired #YouNeedToUnderstandWhatTheClientAndManagerAreSaying #PuttingYourselfInOthersShoesIsEssentialAndExpected

Senior employees at this company take pride in it being a well-regarded recommended company in the multinational marketing sector. The company has long focused on serving major brands and multinational corporations. About half of the client contacts are relatively strong (and assertive) professional marketing managers in the industry. At times, you may need to accommodate last-minute changes, so the work requires flexibility and adaptability and can be quite challenging. Managers place considerable emphasis on work training, and procedures and requirements are strict, with relatively high standards. You need to be fairly resilient. The company is more suitable for people who already have a certain understanding of the marketing industry and its ecosystem; otherwise, you may find it difficult to adapt.

Pros

There is a birthday celebration (with cake) during employees’ birthday month.

Free snacks and drinks (worship ceremonies twice a month); coffee machine available.

Cons

The six traits of a boss who is not worth following include: poor emotional management; taking advantage of people without paying them; pretending to be poor despite clearly making money; having no ideas but constantly changing orders; exploiting employees by making one person do the work of five; and pushing employees to take the blame when something goes wrong.

This company has almost all of these traits. The boss has the style of Qiong Yao’s Ma Jing-tao / New Power Party’s Huang Kuo-chang, frequently roaring and berating employees or suppliers. Overtime pay cannot be claimed, and employees are yelled at and humiliated for at least five minutes over even minor mistakes, while the boss brushes off their own mistakes with a laugh—a traditional, old-school style of being lenient toward oneself.
