Employee benefits are very good, with flexible start and finish times within a one-hour window. There is a system that allows employees to apply for an efficiency reward leave day and leave one hour early. Remote work is available two days per month. The office environment is attractive, Mac users are well supported, work autonomy is high, and clients are primarily multinational companies. The projects have high visibility, colleagues are easy to get along with, and introverts do not feel alone. The organization is flat, with direct communication and no obvious hierarchical atmosphere.

Senior employees at this company take pride in it being a well-regarded recommended company in the multinational marketing sector. The company has long focused on serving major brands and multinational corporations. About half of the client contacts are relatively strong (and assertive) professional marketing managers in the industry. At times, you may need to accommodate last-minute changes, so the work requires flexibility and adaptability and can be quite challenging. Managers place considerable emphasis on work training, and procedures and requirements are strict, with relatively high standards. You need to be fairly resilient. The company is more suitable for people who already have a certain understanding of the marketing industry and its ecosystem; otherwise, you may find it difficult to adapt.
