Management is lax and the workload is distributed unevenly. Some people are worked to death, while others have almost nothing to do. The company has a large number of Vietnamese employees; some put little effort into their work, though there are also those who are conscientious—the overall quality is simply poor. It is fair to review poor sales performance, but the problem is that certain tasks are rigidly fixed and take a great deal of time. In an effort to improve efficiency, work is forced into the process, which only leaves conscientious frontline employees exhausted. Supervisors do not act like supervisors either, producing strange things that the market cannot accept and that ultimately have to be discarded. Some supervisors are incapable of producing anything.
There are too many highly paid but incompetent people.
In short, the company lacks direction. The top boss is overly eager to claim achievements, while some supervisors are incompetent and shirk their responsibilities. They also like to impose this sort of individual-responsibility system. It could hardly be any worse.
They frequently hire part-time employees, then ask them to resign once there is an excess of staff. They insist that you sign a resignation form before they will pay your wages, even though you did not resign voluntarily, because the company wants to avoid paying severance. They also deduct an inexplicable uniform-cleaning fee from your pay. The uniforms provided to employees were secondhand to begin with, and they do not even calculate depreciation; a single uniform may have been worn by dozens of people, yet they still charge you a cleaning fee (all part-time employees have this deducted). Full-time employees have it even worse: overtime is treated as part of their responsibilities, so they are worse off than foreign workers. The boss places great importance on foreign workers, who are the only ones paid overtime. Pathetic~~~
So bad it couldn't possibly be worse
