Pros

1. New employees get someone to help order lunch, which is great.

2. Everyone has been taken advantage of, so colleagues look after and comfort one another.

Cons

Position applied for: Graphic Designer

1. The starting salary is 26K. They falsely claimed it would be adjusted after the probationary period and that there was overtime pay, but you need witnesses to prove that you were actually doing the work.

I only heard after leaving that even the company employees who worked themselves to the bone were barely making a little over 30K.

2. Every morning starts with a meaningless meeting where you listen to nonsense. Even when there is nothing to say, you still have to force something out. If your opinion differs from the supervisor's, heh.

3. The company’s supervisors are all women. They are difficult to deal with, have lots of opinions, think they know everything, and speak sarcastically.

4. They do not trust employees and treat them like idiots. If they see you idle, they assign you to fill in with other tasks.

5. You are expected to ask when you do not know something, but whatever you do, do not ask the supervisor—he will think your question is stupid.

I was fucking new, so their reactions felt really idiotic, and I felt disrespected.

6. Employees are relentlessly scrutinized when they make mistakes, while supervisors cover up their own mistakes and pretend nothing happened.

7. The company participates in trade shows and then makes employees work meaningless overtime. They only check what needs to be prepared during the exhibition period to see what is missing,

then make everyone work overtime back at the company producing meaningless and ugly materials. Even though they know the exhibition dates, they never prepare in advance,

and they even hire people at random when the exhibition booth is short-staffed.

8. The boss’s daughter was parachuted into the company. It is helplessly frustrating.

9. They insist on saying they are learning to keep up with young people, but they cannot listen to young people’s ideas. The boss pursues further education himself,

but not taking employees seriously is itself a major problem. Management and labor cannot communicate normally, so the company will not improve.

If you have dreams and expectations, do not go there under any circumstances.

10. They keep emphasizing that the company moves quickly, but in reality, they just talk fast. The work they do is basically meaningless, and there is nothing worth learning.
