Read the community guidelinesI tried hard to find some, but there weren’t any.
The boss is someone who refuses to admit their own mistakes and also engages in psychological manipulation of employees! They’ll say things like, “I didn’t hire you just to do the things mentioned above. I didn’t hire you just for this. Then why did I hire you?” They also love to make grand promises, and after manipulating you, they talk about the company’s vision, making you feel like you’re a completely useless employee.
Besides the heavy workload, there are also many detailed tasks to handle, yet the company isn’t particularly focused on quality.
They say they’re doing SEO, but the websites they manage are filled with low-quality, content-farm articles. The articles given to clients are also generated using their own AI, with absolutely no formatting, and the wording is very strange. On top of that, the company’s system is unusable every few days—it’s terrible!
Most importantly, the pay is extremely low. And don’t assume that working from home is a major benefit: the boss requires everyone to log into Google Meet and type there constantly so they can check whether anyone is present. If they don’t see you, they’ll berate you and assume you’re slacking off.

He says the job is managing SEO, but the websites he runs himself are full of low-quality content-farm articles. The articles given to clients are also entirely generated using his own AI, with no formatting at all, and the wording is very awkward. On top of that, the company’s system is unusable every few days. It’s terrible!

The key point is that the pay is extremely low. And don't assume that working from home is a major benefit: he requires everyone to log in to a Google video call and type in it constantly so he can see whether anyone is there. If he doesn't see you, he'll berate you, assuming you're slacking off.
