I tried hard to find some, but there were none.
The boss is someone who refuses to admit when he has made a mistake, and he also gaslights employees! He would say things to me like, “I didn’t hire you just for the things mentioned above. I didn’t hire you just to do this.” Then why did he hire me? He also loves making grand promises, and after gaslighting you, he talks about the company’s vision, making you feel like you’re a completely useless employee.
The workload is heavy, and there are many detailed tasks to handle, but the focus isn’t really on quality.
He says the job is managing SEO, but the websites he runs himself are full of low-quality content-farm articles. The articles given to clients are also entirely generated using his own AI, with no formatting at all, and the wording is very awkward. On top of that, the company’s system is unusable every few days. It’s terrible!
Most importantly, the pay is extremely low. And don’t assume that working from home is a major benefit: he requires everyone to log in to a Google video call and type in it at all times so he can check whether anyone is there. If he doesn’t see anyone, he’ll berate you and assume you’re slacking off.
