Read the community guidelinesOther than the boss's wife, the colleagues are generally easy to get along with. There are occasionally snacks on the communal table that anyone can take.
It is a responsibility-based system with no overtime pay, and the salary is fixed with no probationary period. Back-office staff may need to work overtime every day. Traditional employee rules apply, such as not being allowed to listen to headphones during work, not being allowed to take consecutive days off, and requiring someone to remain on duty during lunch breaks (excluding the boss's wife).
The boss's wife is obsessed with overtime. She once hinted that if I couldn't finish something, I could take it home or come to the company to do it.......Of course, unpaid =_=

1. The job posting on 104.com.tw was for an outdoor affairs position, and during the interview they also said the job would only involve going to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the visa office, and fellow travel agencies to deliver and collect documents.
However, on the first day of work, the boss's wife immediately tried to put you in your place, saying things like, "We hope you can learn something here instead of wasting your time," and then told you to go do business development, answer the phone, give quotations, and so on... In the end, you are paid the salary of an outdoor affairs employee while doing the work of a salesperson. She even added, "If you can't accept these things, you can leave right now." I thought to myself: Why didn't they say this during the interview? Why wait until I reported for work? They caused me to miss out on other job opportunities, and now it's too late to change jobs, so I just have to tough it out... When I first arrived, there was no salesperson available to train me, because it seemed that all the previous salespeople had left. Only one senior operations employee briefly showed me some of the business, and after that I had to figure things out on my own. As a result, when I failed to meet expectations, the boss's wife would also mock and criticize me.
2. You are expected to work overtime until after 8 p.m. (without overtime pay). If you dare to leave shortly after 6 p.m., the boss's wife will remember it and find an opportunity to use it against you.
3. If a senior employee does not like you, they will train you very impatiently. Sometimes they will even yell at you, exaggerate minor issues, and join forces with the boss's wife to criticize you.
