Other than the boss's wife, the colleagues are generally easy to get along with. There are occasionally snacks on the communal table that anyone can take.
It is a responsibility-based system with no overtime pay, and the salary is fixed with no probationary period. Back-office staff may need to work overtime every day. Traditional employee rules apply, such as not being allowed to listen to headphones during work, not being allowed to take consecutive days off, and requiring someone to remain on duty during lunch breaks (excluding the boss's wife).
The boss's wife is obsessed with overtime. She once hinted that if I couldn't finish something, I could take it home or come to the company to do it.......Of course, unpaid =_=
