Pros

High salary, low reporting; they threaten to deduct your pay and say you’re not capable enough. You either accept the pay cut or resign, and they won’t give you an involuntary separation. After leaving, I’ve been smooth sailing and became a project manager at an organization. I really have you to thank.

Cons

You can learn servility and learn to protect yourself; it’s a good stepping stone.

Cons

An emotional boss who blames employees when the computer system is hijacked. Every employee, past and present, has heard the boss complain about this. The boss is no different from a frog at the bottom of a well. Those who are genuinely pursuing design should not come to this company, because no one truly understands design and construction. Projects for government agencies are all aesthetically poor, designless engineering work.

Pros

A 1.5-hour lunch break; the boss’s wife likes male employees, and male employees are not scolded too harshly when they make mistakes.

Cons

The boss bullies employees in the company group chat, discriminates against gay people, and says that gay people are responsible for the declining birth rate and that AIDS is caused by gay people. The boss does not come into the company; he always assumes that employees have nothing to do and are idle, while he is the busiest and under the most pressure, but he stays at home... He also really likes using layoffs reported in the news to threaten employees!

Pros

There are drinks available, and you don’t have to pay for lunch.

Cons

The boss remotely monitors and controls employees using surveillance cameras. If things don’t go according to his wishes, he starts verbally bullying people in public groups and also calls to verbally bully those who make mistakes.

The boss’s wife does not have a design background, so she cannot design either. Her inferiority complex often gets the better of her, and she likes to make random changes to designs, but then loses her temper because she actually doesn’t know how to revise them. She likes to be harsh toward clients and vendors, believing that everyone is difficult to deal with. She does not clarify the clients’ requirements, yet the designs she asks employees to create must meet her requirements and be based on her preferences. As a result, clients often dislike the designs, while she does not know what the clients actually like and then complains that they are being fussy. She is also very fond of emotional blackmail and verbal bullying, and frequently has angry outbursts in the office.

If you want to experience the most explosive furniture company in all of Kaohsiung, you can try applying. Anyone who enjoys watching drama will definitely have a great time! Personally, I think this awful place really isn’t somewhere you can stay for long. You won’t learn anything, spend all day working on tenders that don’t make money, and get inexplicably chewed out on top of that...
