A 1.5-hour lunch break; the boss’s wife likes male employees, and male employees are not scolded too harshly when they make mistakes.
The boss bullies employees in the company group chat, discriminates against gay people, and says that gay people are responsible for the declining birth rate and that AIDS is caused by gay people. The boss does not come into the company; he always assumes that employees have nothing to do and are idle, while he is the busiest and under the most pressure, but he stays at home... He also really likes using layoffs reported in the news to threaten employees!
