Read the community guidelinesThe only advantage is leaving work early.
There are no opportunities for development. Those in science and engineering fields are advised not to come.
1. Half the lights in the office are turned off after 5:30 p.m.
2. They often give out department store gift vouchers, which are quite useful.
Very suitable for people who need to pick up their children, or who need a strong work-life balance. You can almost leave on time every day as soon as the clock hits the end of the workday, and there are no strange looks for leaving on time, because almost everyone leaves on time.
There are too many long-time employees at the company. Most of them avoid doing work whenever possible, and pass tasks on whenever they can. So there is no need to be overly proactive, and no one will thank you for your initiative. Every matter is left to slowly develop on its own, and only dealt with once something goes wrong or the deadline arrives.
Overall, I would neither particularly recommend nor particularly advise against it. It completely depends on how much you care about having a 100% work-life balance.
