The company's management is chaotic, and the supervisors are selfish and self-serving. They do not accept any opinions, and if you express disagreement, they will deliberately scheme to force you out. Even people who work seriously are removed. Complaints to HR will not be handled; they only cover for one another. Moreover, this company treats foreign workers far better than Taiwanese employees, so it often cannot retain Taiwanese employees. Please think carefully before joining.
The benefits are okay.
I have worked at this company for nearly four years. The benefits are actually fairly good, but unfortunately, management in the production department is extremely chaotic. The team leader has very poor emotional control and is even aggressive, showing absolutely no respect for the operators. Complaints also go nowhere, and issues from those at the bottom cannot reach upper management…
You are only allowed to use the restroom twice a day. If you exceed that, you will be called in for a discussion and asked to provide a doctor's certificate (based on my personal experience).
The company's policies favor people rather than addressing issues objectively. There is no clear division of responsibilities here—only mutual protection among superiors and conflicting chains of command. Managers lack accountability and, whenever problems arise, simply hide like cowards. I hope that those who have done wrong will behave more kindly in the future, so that everyone can have a good working environment!

After working at this company for more than half a year, I’ve seen everything clearly. You’re only allowed to go to the restroom twice a day; if you go more than that, you even need a doctor’s certificate (this is ridiculous).
You can only take menstrual leave three times a year. Isn’t this a benefit the government provides to women? How did it become distorted at this company…
Whenever something happens, the team leader only knows how to hide and avoid responsibility. Everything has to be handled by upper management. Could you show some accountability? You have to argue with people over everything, wherever you go. You might as well run the whole company yourself…
So Taiwanese people aren’t considered people, right? Vietnamese employees can go back home many times a year?
When Taiwanese employees have an emergency, they still have to wait and see whether leave will be approved. Isn’t the company supposed to find a way to handle things? It feels like pressure is being put on the operators. No wonder Taiwanese people can’t be retained. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
They say overtime isn’t mandatory, but I feel like it is forced overtime… Although working overtime is fine, if something suddenly comes up and you can’t work overtime, they shouldn’t force you to do so.
If the company wants to say in a meeting that these are all my personal problems, then say whatever you want! I’m just sharing what I experienced at this company. I should be expressing what many people are thinking!
If you want to join this company, think twice. You can still go if you want—just experience its policies and procedures for yourself!
All I can say is that the turnover rate is extremely high…
1. Senior management occasionally treats everyone to food, such as McDonald’s, KFC, or Starbucks.
2. There are plenty of snacks to eat.
3. The work atmosphere is fairly relaxed, because the current general manager is only in their 20s.
4. Year-end bonus: 1–2 months’ salary (depending on performance evaluation) + a profit-sharing bonus of 15,000–20,000 (once a year).
1. If you are applying for a procurement or sales position, think carefully. The office aunties do not sleep at all during lunch; they chat and make a lot of noise, so no one else can sleep (even headphones cannot block out the noise).
2. The colleagues may appear harmonious, but they actually speak ill of one another behind each other’s backs.
3. Whenever you make even a minor mistake, your colleagues will report it to your supervisor or HR. Therefore, if you do not put on a good act or build good relationships with your colleagues, they will make sure your performance evaluation score is very poor.
4. The general manager is only in their 20s and is merely a puppet.
5. The office air conditioning is old. It is alternately cold and stuffy, making summers extremely difficult.
