They said they would send a formal interview invitation by email, but I received nothing through the 104 website or in my personal inbox, so of course I didn’t go to the interview.
As a result, I received a complaint from this company and 104, saying that I had stood them up.
If your relatives or friends were getting married but didn’t send you an invitation, would you dare to attend?
They didn’t even send an invitation email, yet they still had the nerve to report someone else. Truly unbelievable.
The recruiters had a very good attitude, from entry-level staff to managers.
They’re not looking for disposable workers.
I arrived at the interview venue 15 minutes early. The first thing I was asked to do was handwrite a résumé (a personal background investigation form).
That alone deserves a deduction of 50 points.
Then the HR manager came out for the interview. It turned out they just wanted to take a look at what you looked like, ask about your experience, and then decide whether to pass the résumé on to the department manager. Please don’t waste the interviewee’s time, okay?

HR called to notify me and confirm the interview time, but later postponed the interview because the manager responsible for the position was unavailable. Then, just one hour before the scheduled interview, they called to say that they had already found someone and that I no longer needed to go to the interview!!
