Regarding colleagues: The boss's wife speaks harshly and sarcastically, is self-righteous, extremely subjective, and believes that only what she says is right, which greatly affects employees' work. The manager is seemingly just a puppet and can only do as the boss's wife says, with no sense of managerial responsibility.
Regarding clients: It is all sales talk, sales talk, and more sales talk. They can only cite events organized and clients handled 5–10 years ago as examples, while many of the clients shown on the official website have barely worked with them. If you want to gain exposure to work involving major brands, think twice. If any brand sees this comment, I also recommend thinking twice before working with this agency. If a brand's pain point is wanting to improve sales performance, the benefits of this partnership are questionable.
Regarding the work: If you want to learn media operations, you can come and give it a try. Although there is no longer comprehensive training, for other aspects such as event execution and strategy, job seekers are advised to consider other PR agencies. The resources this company can provide are extremely limited.
Regarding administrative matters: The company's labor contracts are all advantageous to the employer, so please check them repeatedly before signing. However, if you raise any questions, you may very well be criticized.
