Regarding colleagues: The boss’s wife speaks in a harsh and sarcastic manner, is self-righteous, and is extremely subjective, believing that only what she says is correct. This greatly affects employees’ work. The managers are seemingly puppets who can only do as the boss’s wife says, with no awareness of their role as managers.
Regarding clients: It is all sales talk, more sales talk, and even more sales talk. They can only cite events held and clients served 5–10 years ago as examples, while most of the clients shown on the official website have hardly worked with them. If you are considering joining in hopes of gaining exposure to work for major brands, think twice. If any brands see this message, I also recommend thinking twice before working with this agency. If a brand’s pain point is improving sales performance, the benefits of such a partnership are questionable.
Regarding the work: If you want to learn media operations, you can give it a try. Although there is no longer comprehensive training, for other aspects involving events and strategy, job seekers are advised to consider other PR companies. The resources available here are extremely limited.
Administrative matters: The contents of the company’s employment contracts all favor the employer, so please check them repeatedly before signing. However, if you raise any questions, you may very well be criticized.
