Pros

Leaving work on time

Cons

1. Statutory leave: It looks like you can take it, but it is very difficult to actually do so. Management uses verbal pressure to make employees afraid to take leave or request time off.

2. Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses depend on management’s mood. But I’ve never received any!

3. The company has a high turnover rate. It is difficult to stay for more than a year, let alone until retirement. Only one or two long-term employees have managed to stay.

4. Relations among colleagues are harmonious, but it is all just superficial.

5. During the interview, the interviewer may seem like a really nice person, but after you join and the three-month honeymoon period is over, things will be different!

6. Just take a quick look at the employee handbook—don’t take it seriously! If you do, you’ll be the one who loses.

Pros

1. When the boss is in a good mood, they hand out red envelopes and buy afternoon tea for everyone.

2. The boss often helps farmers purchase agricultural products and gives them to employees.

3. About half of the coworkers are easy to get along with.

4. The workload is not heavy, and I have almost never had to work overtime.

5. The environment is clean and simple.

6. Year-end and three-festival bonuses are never absent.

7. The boss may suddenly decide to arrange English classes for employees, but whether they are helpful depends on the individual~

Cons

1. One supervisor appears to get along well with everyone, but reports on people behind their backs, then says it is because of their position. You must respect them and obediently follow their instructions; otherwise, you will be frozen out.

2. The atmosphere at the company is very cold, with almost no interaction. However, as long as you avoid certain people, things become lively again^^

3. You have to be careful about what you say, or someone will report it to the boss.

4. Unless there is a major incident, the boss will not come into the office.

5. It is a family business, with various relatives interfering.

6. Salary increases are not substantial, but the environment is suitable for working steadily and maintaining a predictable schedule.
