Leaving work on time
1. Statutory leave: It looks like you can take it, but it is very difficult to actually do so. Management uses verbal pressure to make employees afraid to take leave or request time off.
2. Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses depend on management’s mood. But I’ve never received any!
3. The company has a high turnover rate. It is difficult to stay for more than a year, let alone until retirement. Only one or two long-term employees have managed to stay.
4. Relations among colleagues are harmonious, but it is all just superficial.
5. During the interview, the interviewer may seem like a really nice person, but after you join and the three-month honeymoon period is over, things will be different!
6. Just take a quick look at the employee handbook—don’t take it seriously! If you do, you’ll be the one who loses.
