Read the community guidelines1. Little responsibility at the entry level
2. Gifts or bonuses for the three major festivals, quarterly bonuses, mid-year bonuses, year-end bonuses, and birthday cash gifts
3. Colleagues are all very friendly
1. Few opportunities for promotion
2. Long working hours, with six days off scheduled per month (working hours 10:30–9:00). Work continues after closing, with no overtime pay (clock in when starting work, but clocking out is based on personal responsibility). The calculated hourly wage does not even meet the minimum wage (salary calculations are based only on business hours multiplied by the statutory minimum wage).
3. The daily wage during the first month is NT$1,250, which does not correspond to the working hours; it should be at least NT$1,500. In September 2019, the statutory minimum wage was NT$150 per hour.
4. The Taipei store has no meal break or rest break (you have to find a way to squeeze in time yourself). The Wugu production line has 30 minutes each at noon and in the evening, far less than in other industries. Apart from the combined one-hour lunch and evening breaks, no other breaks are allowed.
5. If you want to take a 5–10 minute break after every three or four hours, you will be reprimanded.
6. The reward system is unclear, and rewards cannot be discussed; violations affect performance evaluations.
7. There is no employee training, and employees' competency levels vary. Some employees cannot even distinguish between 5G Wi-Fi and 5G mobile networks, yet they brag at work about the iPhone 11 having 5G (??
8. The general manager and deputy general manager like to make grand statements, but when it comes to actual implementation, you get scolded. The interview felt as though I had been tricked into joining.

Recommended for people who are passionate about computers; many people in the company lack passion for computers, which is the main reason for the wide variation in reviews.
It is also considered a stable job in the industry.
It is like the people inside a besieged fortress wanting to get out, while those outside the fortress want to get in.
