Few responsibilities for frontline staff
Few opportunities for promotion
Three seasonal gift bonuses, mid-year bonus, year-end bonus, birthday bonus, and good benefits
1. Long working hours; 6 days off per month (working hours 10:30–9:00). Continue working after closing with no overtime pay (clock in for work, but leaving time is based on personal responsibility).
The calculated hourly wage does not even reach the minimum hourly wage (salary calculations are based on operating hours multiplied by the statutory minimum wage).
2. No meal breaks or rest breaks (you have to find a way to squeeze them in yourself).
3. The worst POS system in the industry (a 20-year-old system that crashes easily and makes issuing invoices inefficient).
4. The incentive system is unclear; incentives cannot be discussed, and violations affect performance evaluations (those who flatter supervisors score higher).
5. No employee training, resulting in inconsistent staff quality.
Recommended for people who are passionate about computers; many people in the company lack passion for computers, which is the main reason for the wide variation in reviews.
