莫洱科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. There are drinks provided one day each week, as well as small cookies and snacks on a regular basis.

2. The company operates on a responsibility-based system, so there is no need to clock in or out; you can leave when your work hours are over.

3. Overtime pay can be claimed when working more than two hours of overtime.

4. In the first year, you get approximately one day of annual leave after about two months.

5. There are many dining options near the company.

6. The year-end bonus is based on the combined evaluation scores from the project managers. A score above 80 earns 2.5 months’ pay, 70–80 earns 2 months’ pay, 60–70 earns 1 month’s pay, and failing means no year-end bonus.

Cons

1. The company culture is too quiet, with almost no interaction, yet supervisors silently assign scores that affect the year-end evaluation.

2. Employees may be dismissed without warning, without being given clear reasons for termination.

3. The company has a small workforce and a high turnover rate, and is frequently interviewing new applicants.

4. If your performance is poor, your supervisor will not proactively mention it to you in person, but will complain to the owner privately.

5. Some of the company’s more senior employees are already preparing to jump ship and look for new jobs.

Pros

A company that makes a living by taking on government contracts; the compensation and benefits are actually pretty decent.

Cons

The company atmosphere is too dull, and at the same time, it feels like there isn't much prospect for personal growth.
