Read the community guidelinesThe interview was fairly pleasant
1. You have to work overtime to prove your loyalty and that you’re making an effort
2. There is no overtime pay
3. If needed, you have to be scheduled to work weekends as a food-service part-timer for the boss’s side business
4. Writing a work journal every day is extremely time-consuming
5. Employees gossip about one another until it reaches the ears of their superiors
6. If you raise a concern, you’ll be told that you need to adapt to the company culture
7. They don’t care about employees’ physical condition as long as you stay at your desk
Newly renovated office

Free snacks are available
1. You have to clock in, yet they say it’s a duty-based system (working overtime for the company for free)
2. If there’s a business trip, you can only exchange it for compensatory time off (you can’t choose overtime pay)
This should be violating the Labor Standards Act, right?
3. You have to write a work log every day—such a waste of time
(Even though the company already has tons of surveillance cameras, just how little do they trust their employees?)
