Newly renovated office
There’s a dog in the office
Free snacks are available
1. You have to clock in, yet they say it’s a duty-based system (working overtime for the company for free)
2. If there’s a business trip, you can only exchange it for compensatory time off (you can’t choose overtime pay)
This should be violating the Labor Standards Act, right?
3. You have to write a work log every day—such a waste of time
(Even though the company already has tons of surveillance cameras, just how little do they trust their employees?)
There are also a bunch of strange internal rules
The internal processes are a complete mess
For the sake of your mental and physical well-being, I really don’t recommend it
The turnover rate is high
Rather than coming here and quitting after only a few days,
you’d be better off spending that time properly looking for another job
Stay away from the thermos; the world is sweet and full of fairies
