Pros

There were two interviewers: one was the department manager, and the other was from Human Resources.

They explained everything in great detail, including the salary, job duties, benefits, and so on.

The interview was also very friendly. I was very nervous at first, but we ended up having a really enjoyable conversation.

Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Cons

There was a test, but because the computer systems were different, answering was delayed. I took the test on a Mac.

I hope candidates can use their own computers.

Pros

The work atmosphere is harmonious, and there are often snacks and boxed lunches available to eat.

The senior staff are also very friendly, willing to teach, and very patient.

The company often organizes team-building activities, and colleagues get along very well.

If you’re willing to work hard, the bonuses can also be very substantial.

Cons

The office is in an old building, and there are few parking spaces nearby.

Pros

Some colleagues are fairly easy to get along with. When the boss isn't around, the office atmosphere is quite comfortable.

Cons

It's just a small company, yet it still manages to have internal conflicts and factions. They care more about whether you flatter the boss than about your work abilities.

The boss treats new employees poorly. Even though we have names, they only call us “little brother” or “little sister”?

They frequently organize boring and meaningless activities and competitions, and participation is mandatory. If you don't participate, you'll be blacklisted.

The boss and supervisors themselves lack the necessary abilities and don't know how to manage people. Even when they make mistakes, they refuse to admit them and make their subordinates take the blame.

They demand overtime at the slightest excuse. Even if you work late on weekdays, you can't take compensatory leave or receive overtime pay; they'll only tell you that you're under a “responsibility-based work system.”

The boss speaks in a harsh and caustic manner, likes to make himself sound impressive while belittling others—in short, it's workplace PUA.

If you care about your physical and mental health, you really shouldn't join. If you want to learn skills and gain experience, you'd be better off looking for another company.

Pros

Interview questions (interview duration: approximately 10 minutes)

1. Did you bring any physical work samples and computer-based work?

2. Why did you leave the company where you worked the longest?

3. Why did you leave your previous company?

4. What are your plans and goals for the next 5–10 years, possibly after joining the company?

5. Please describe the work you are most satisfied with.

6. Please provide any additional self-introduction.

7. Do you have any multimedia design work?

That concludes today's interview. We will notify you if necessary. I won't see you out, so take your time packing up and make yourself at home.

Cons

The company environment was dim and deserted. There was one person at the reception desk, one in the office, and one interviewer—unlike the 25 employees listed on the job bank website.

The interviewer was impatient, skinny as a rake, with his hair tied in a braid, and had a lecherous yet arrogant look in his eyes.
