Some colleagues are fairly easy to get along with. When the boss isn't around, the office atmosphere is quite comfortable.
It's just a small company, yet it still manages to have internal conflicts and factions. They care more about whether you flatter the boss than about your work abilities.
The boss treats new employees poorly. Even though we have names, they only call us “little brother” or “little sister”?
They frequently organize boring and meaningless activities and competitions, and participation is mandatory. If you don't participate, you'll be blacklisted.
The boss and supervisors themselves lack the necessary abilities and don't know how to manage people. Even when they make mistakes, they refuse to admit them and make their subordinates take the blame.
They demand overtime at the slightest excuse. Even if you work late on weekdays, you can't take compensatory leave or receive overtime pay; they'll only tell you that you're under a “responsibility-based work system.”
The boss speaks in a harsh and caustic manner, likes to make himself sound impressive while belittling others—in short, it's workplace PUA.
If you care about your physical and mental health, you really shouldn't join. If you want to learn skills and gain experience, you'd be better off looking for another company.
