The vice president throws his weight around, doesn't listen to employees, and makes no distinction between right and wrong.

I had a dream. The scenes in the dream were vivid and full of sorrow; allow me to recount it in detail:
1. Disrespect employees and professionalism, arbitrarily reassign work, and force pay cuts.
2. After Wang X, the company’s highest-ranking executive, made a forceful return, they arbitrarily laid off employees and pressured them to resign voluntarily. As a result, employees at the plant now have to juggle multiple jobs: they are summoned whenever they are needed and cast aside whenever they are not. This is extremely disrespectful to employees.
3. A certain manager is extremely irresponsible. Although they hold the key to the company’s production, whenever something goes wrong, they are often unwilling to admit their mistakes and keep bringing people out to take the blame. As a result, many capable senior managers and employees have been forced out.
4. The sales and marketing of the products are extremely unclear, the rules are frequently changed, and the production line is repeatedly sent back for rework.
5. The exterior looks very clean and attractive, but the internal operations are really something else.
6. Decision-making authority often rests solely with one particular manager. The hierarchy exists merely for appearances; the vice president is just a professional shield for the manager. 7. Employees with too much autonomy are singled out. Raising questions or suggesting improvements is treated as being unwilling to learn; they only like obedient employees who follow orders.

In short, winning the chairman’s favor is the way to success;
the so-called system cannot compare with the strength of one’s connection to a powerful patron.
Even hard, conscientious work cannot keep up with beautiful lies.

Clean environment
There isn't a single professional supervisor.
A company with no systems, where one person does the work of three.
A so-called XX professional who is in name only, meddles in everything, and understands nothing.
So busy that there is no time to go to the bathroom or drink water; even after work, they will pressure you to take on more work, and they keep messaging you nonstop on LINE at night and on days off.
The salary is just average; the base pay is under 21K, while there is enough work for a 50K salary.
It only looks good on the outside.
1. They do not respect expertise, and pretend to understand things they know nothing about.
2. Applications must be signed by a supervisor. If the supervisor is absent, nothing can be done.
3. You have to be given a dirty look before you can collect materials.
4. Even when the information has clearly been provided, they stubbornly insist that it hasn't.
5. They have time to chat and fool around, but no time to help ship orders.
6. The product positioning is unclear. Why do they keep opening up employee purchase programs?
7. They guard against employees as if they were thieves. If this isn't allowed and that isn't allowed, how is anyone supposed to get work done?
Overall, the people at this company are the bigger problem.
