Pros

Can't think of any pros

Cons

The vice president throws his weight around, doesn't listen to employees, and makes no distinction between right and wrong.

We reported something.... Nothing changed, just the same as before.

Let's put it simply.... How long has a water dispenser been broken?

Don't people need to drink water? Or does everyone have to drink urine like the higher-ups and managers?

Holding the title of vice president, yet understanding nothing.

Making a mountain out of a molehill.... When he sees a tall, slim woman, he speaks softly and gently.

When he sees someone who isn't his type.... he talks as if he wants to kill them.

Is there really such a huge difference? Being a manager means connecting with employees, so everyone can work together to make money for the company.

Why be a manager at all..... only to act as though you're fucking vice president of the country?

A vice president is a vice president..... not the president. One word makes a huge difference.

If this is how you act as vice president..... what will happen if you climb any higher?

Everyone should treat one another well, with the whole company united.

Having a good manager is an employee's greatest motivation.

Or are managers supposed to sit high above everyone and refuse to listen to frontline employees?

A manager like this will be cursed by employees until they shit themselves to death.

The same goes for coworkers: we should respect, care for, and support one another.

Everyone is just working to earn a living.

It's like going to school as a child: happily leaving home for school and safely returning home afterward.

Why scheme against each other? Why hurt one another?

Will it help us earn more? Or climb higher?

We're all here to work; nobody came here to compete over who has the biggest breasts.

Is mutual respect really that difficult?

I don't give a damn..... whether you're Zhan Zhao's sister or the dog kept by the vice president.

I don't care about any of you.

Everyone works hard to earn money, so let's treat one another well.

Managers should listen more to the voices of frontline employees instead of acting like Martha Stewart.

Frontline employees may know how to do things that managers don't necessarily know how to do.

It's one thing if the company isn't making money. Don't ruin its reputation throughout southern Taiwan.

From now on, when people hear “Shanzhen”...... they'll take three steps back.
