Some positions are contract-based, so think carefully before signing.
Employees are responsible for completing their work regardless of hours; overtime is neither compensated with time off nor overtime pay; high employee turnover; two years is considered senior; performance reviews are for reference and mainly depend on the boss’s mood; basic benefits are not guaranteed and the boss can adjust them at any time.
