Read the community guidelinesLet's look at the benefits listed on the 104 job posting:
Labor insurance, National Health Insurance, training, performance bonuses, birthday bonuses, a five-day workweek, employee trips, and two exercise days per month.
Let's list the benefits that should be provided according to the 104 job posting:
Training, performance bonuses, birthday bonuses, and employee trips.
If they insist that training counts as a benefit, then it can be considered provided; employee trips are definitely not provided.
As for the performance bonuses and birthday bonuses, I don't know, because I've never received a payslip.
The daily life of a project manager:
Cultivating emotional intelligence
Cultivating the mind
Learning to act as legal counsel and draft contracts
Learning to act as a salesperson and negotiate with clients
Learning to handle the miscellaneous tasks of a sales assistant
Learning to take out the trash
Learning to answer phone calls
Learning to chair meetings
There are currently five project managers, and only one has been here for more than a year; the others have all been here for less than a year.
You are only being exploited after joining. I ended up ruining my health at this company, which shows how great the pressure can be.
Ariel is the boss’s wife. She will control you remotely all day long, then use all kinds of emotionally charged words to torment you physically, mentally, and spiritually until you are completely exhausted. In the end, when you no longer have any value to exploit, or when Ariel becomes prejudiced against you, the boss’s wife Ariel will fire you. (As long as you do not act according to Ariel’s wishes, she will become prejudiced against you; she is very petty.)
Unless you are naturally able to withstand an emotional boss’s wife—but even her husband, who is a very rational person, cannot stand her.
You will hear the couple arguing in the meeting room all day long, and then the boss’s wife will slam the door. Job seekers, please do not go there.
Make do with what is available; cultivate virtue through frugality

The colleagues are easy to get along with, and the work atmosphere is harmonious.
The previous post explained it very clearly. I sincerely suggest letting professional managers handle the management while the two bosses focus on business development.
1. The boss leads the employees.
2. The boss gives employees food.
3. There are lots of snacks in the office.
4. There is an exercise day every two weeks.
1. The boss's wife is emotional; if things do not go her way, she loses her temper and fires people.
2. The company is very wealthy. It previously fired an engineer with five years of seniority and an engineering manager with more than five years of seniority.
3. The boss's son and daughter come to the company.
4. On the 2nd and 16th days of each lunar month, the company holds worship rituals, which leave the office filled with the smell of incense and offerings.
5. Only a small number of people have received a pay raise after their probationary period.
6. When the boss's wife goes crazy, she verbally attacks everyone. You have to let her vent completely; if you do not answer her, she will also threaten to deduct money from your pay.
7. Under the pretext of resource sharing, the boss's wife shares the mistakes you make with other employees for discussion.
8. The boss's wife is very practical and constantly makes a fuss about demanding money, money, money, from customers. She also keeps changing what she says.
