Read the community guidelinesHigh salary
The colleagues and supervisors are all very nice, and the environment is good
The work is easy to get the hang of
Things change just like that; there are changes anytime and anywhere
Shifts are being cut layer by layer, and now we also have to relocate the plant. At least notify us one month or two weeks in advance. Being informed on Monday and implementing it on Friday is too soon—we’re caught off guard
It’s hard to find a job nowadays
The HR representative was very courteous and willing to discuss the company's current situation with the candidate.
For a position that, overseas, is second only to the head of the department, they had two people from "R&D" and "Technical"—who did not understand what QA does—conduct the interview? They asked the candidate incorrect QC questions, yet were unable to answer the candidate's professional questions. There is a reason the previous person left after doing the job for 10 years.
The office is very new
I had already expressed my interest and was just about to learn more about the salary details, but then 104 suddenly notified me that they had found someone else. It was simply baffling.
I advise job seekers to think carefully, or ask to see the offer letter first before discussing anything else; otherwise, it’s a waste of time.
The person who escorted me upstairs was very courteous.
The department manager who conducted the interview was very arrogant, with a look of disdain, and even deliberately asked very difficult questions, wasting the interviewee’s time! So disrespectful!!
Women-friendly environment, with a nursing room and fully equipped bidet toilets
Department meal allowance that can be used for group meals
NT$10 coffee
Group meal expense subsidies
Basically, overtime is uncommon, so you can leave work on time
14 months of annual salary
Few options for eating out
The internal network is unstable and prone to disconnections
Insufficient indoor motorcycle parking, and it is not provided free of charge
Salary is only above average, but the workload is heavy
Those who are not immediately effective should ideally be self-motivated and able to get up to speed quickly
Clean environment
The office is very new
Willing to give people with less experience opportunities
Starting salary is better than that for the same position at typical companies
Company-provided meals and meal subsidies
The workload increases after the probationary period
Applying for a parking space requires an additional fee; it is not provided free of charge
The company-provided meals are delicious
The restrooms have bidet toilets
High starting salary
Normal working hours
The location is somewhat remote, so it may be inconvenient for those who do not ride a scooter or drive
The severance pay owed to employees is paid without fuss, and they even give a little extra.
The quality of my colleagues is worrying; I’ve encountered quite a few teammates who are a liability.
High starting salary
The company cafeteria meals are inexpensive and delicious
Punctual working hours
Remote location
It is difficult to be on the same wavelength as some managers
The office looks very new
They had already notified me that I was hired, and we had agreed on the salary details and start date. Then, out of the blue, 104 notified me that they had found someone else. It’s simply inexplicable.
I advise job seekers to think carefully, or ask to see the offer letter before discussing anything else; otherwise, it’s a waste of time.
The annual salary is basically equivalent to 14 months (including various bonuses)
Convenient transportation—the company provides a free shuttle to and from the Airport MRT)
Employees receive meal subsidies at the cafeteria, and the food is tasty
There are few meal options; aside from the cafeteria, the only choices are nearby convenience stores or ordering delivery. If your professional skills aren’t solid enough, it may be difficult to get by
The company’s internal environment is good
There is a company cafeteria
Bidet toilets/hand dryers
There is a coffee machine available for coffee
Department colleagues are easy to get along with; I haven’t encountered cliques or internal backstabbing
The starting salary is relatively high
The area near the workplace is somewhat desolate (head office)
The supervisor assigns too many tasks
Occasional overtime is required
The company vehicles are not very easy to drive
Parking spaces are difficult to apply for
Fruit flies inexplicably appear in certain places, which is annoying
The office is near Linkou A7 and the environment is clean. All three interviewers were very courteous; the last one seemed to be the boss. The employee benefits include provided meals, which is quite good for people who are budget-conscious. The position applied for was IT manager, and the systems used have a strong connection with Dingxin. People accustomed to Dingxin-system software may find it somewhat easier to get started. Based on my personal experience, the salary offered is above average.
The area around the office is very desolate, with only one FamilyMart. If you want to eat lunch from outside, delivery is probably the only option. The IT department does not seem to have many staff, and it is clear that the boss is looking for someone who can contribute immediately. The workload may be quite stressful, and those without a strong foundation may find it somewhat difficult after joining.
Shared purely as a former employee: In general, working hours are quite punctual. There is a company cafeteria meal for NT$20, which is very good value. The company environment is great: all the restrooms have bidet toilets and hand dryers, and the office has relatively new overall décor. The pantry has a refrigerator and a coffee machine for making your own coffee—you just need to pay with coins. Personally, I found the salary acceptable, though of course it depends on each person’s position; different positions have different salary negotiation circumstances. Regarding raises, there were two raises over two years. The company uses KPIs, followed by self-evaluation and a supervisor evaluation. I received a raise after doing what I was supposed to do, but I don’t know about other positions. There is a shuttle bus that can take you to the MRT station, though I never used it. Motorcycle and car parking spaces can both be requested, but they are self-paid. The basement spaces are highly sought after and require queuing. Regarding supervisors, I will only comment on my own department: I felt that mine was quite negligent, and he also left before I did. Relations among colleagues were fairly harmonious. Of course, there are cliques everywhere, but my department was fine. The company provides departments with meal allowances: once a month, you can order takeout or eat out together, with expenses reimbursed based on actual costs. The main thing is simply to do your own work well—listen more and speak less. If you have a particular skill you want to apply or hone, this place is probably decent. As for why I left, it was because I had to move away from Taoyuan, so I had no choice but to leave; the commute was simply too far.
The food is too light. Although NT$20 is very good value, if you prefer strongly seasoned food, you may want to skip it. There are not many dining options nearby; downstairs, the only choice is a FamilyMart across the street, otherwise you are left with ordering delivery. Some supervisors are of questionable quality—I don’t know how they became supervisors—but most supervisors are probably fine. The facial-recognition access control often malfunctions, so attendance frequently has to be corrected. The vendor at the time probably did a sloppy job. The internet is not very stable and seems to have frequent problems; shared folders cannot be accessed, and even after calling IT to fix it, the issue cannot be permanently resolved. There are too few indoor motorcycle parking spaces, and it takes a long time waiting in line to get one.
The salary is very generous
I wish lunch could be subsidized
The company’s development has returned to square one
The boss’s vision is as narrow as a nanometer
The company is located in the A7 Technology Park
A brand-new building, clean and comfortable
It is some distance from the MRT station
However, the company has recently started providing shuttle buses
It is very considerate of its employees
Although there were some negative reviews before
I can see that the company has also humbly reflected and continued to improve
The company has not withheld anything that employees are entitled to
I think that, despite the overall economic downturn caused by the pandemic
The company not only did not carry out arbitrary layoffs or salary cuts
It also continued to invest heavily in research, development, and innovation
It’s pretty OK!
I hope more restaurants can open around the company
I recently discovered that a new Hainanese chicken rice restaurant and café have opened
They are both pretty great. I hope more businesses will move into A7 soon~
The office is clean.
The manager conducting the interview was very polite during the interview.
When describing the colleagues, the manager conducting the interview said that many have master's or doctoral degrees and that there are also foreign colleagues, and that the work is almost entirely in English. The salary figure offered was completely inconsistent with the job responsibilities. When I said on the phone that it was too low, they immediately replied that the gap was too large, leaving me speechless.
Good company environment
The company proactively invited me to an interview, and both the supervisor and HR verbally informed me that I had been accepted. I was told that the start date would have to wait until the salary approval process was completed. However, two weeks later, they replied through the job bank that they had decided not to hire me because there was another, better candidate! This wasted the interviewee’s time, transportation costs, money, and other opportunities. Applicants are reminded to evaluate carefully to avoid missing out on other, better job opportunities.
Apart from the senior executives, most colleagues are easy to get along with and willing to work hard together.
Be careful of the few princesses who may secretly play mind games.
If the boss doesn't like you, they'll make you leave.
If you go to the bathroom too many times in one day, you'll be called in for a meeting, and security personnel are always watching you.
You can't have your own activities after work. If the boss finds out, they'll think you weren't serious enough at work—otherwise, you wouldn't still have the energy to do other things after work.
Even requesting personal leave will get you called in for a meeting, on the grounds of “poor attendance.”
I can't think of any.
1. No structure at all; the boss does whatever they want.
2. A bunch of parachuted-in managers who don't understand the situation yet are stubborn and opinionated.
3. High employee turnover and little room for advancement.
None
Chaotic, departments don't get along, personnel are very calculating
Completely gone
Too numerous to list
Because of the pandemic, there were lots of bonuses
A mess!
A mess!
A mess!
At least if you’re laid off, you can receive severance pay.
The boss is quite emotional and rather dramatic. Actually, they’re an interesting person at heart, but not interesting to work with.
None
Not favored by the boss and could be laid off at any time
