High salary
The colleagues and supervisors are all very nice, and the environment is good
The work is easy to get the hang of
Cons
Things change just like that; there are changes anytime and anywhere
Shifts are being cut layer by layer, and now we also have to relocate the plant. At least notify us one month or two weeks in advance. Being informed on Monday and implementing it on Friday is too soon—we’re caught off guard
It’s hard to find a job nowadays
