The coworkers are very scheming and will set each other up. They berate the massage therapists as if they were dogs, shouting even when things could be discussed calmly. I feel sorry for the massage therapists. The boss turns a blind eye to all of this. Experienced employees can make mistakes and take whichever days off they want, while new employees are only there to be scolded and have their days off arranged for them. The boss treats customers like royalty; even when customers are rude to employees, the customers are considered to be in the right. They even ask the front desk staff to buy dinner for customers ==?
Oh... You usually won't notice the situations described above during the first two weeks because they will treat you especially well. After about a month, they will reveal their true colors.
The boss treats the employees very well
The front-desk staff are very undisciplined, their way of working is chaotic, and their attitude toward serving customers is terrible.
The most serious problem is that the front-desk staff verbally bully newcomers. They make it sound nice by saying they are being strict with newcomers, but some veteran employees blame newcomers for things they did wrong themselves. Or they watch newcomers about to make a mistake without stopping them in time, then rush over to seize on the mistake and scold and berate them. When veterans make mistakes, they brush them off by acting cute and playing the victim; when newcomers make mistakes, they scold them like dogs. These veterans become close friends with you at first, making you feel that everything is great and that you have met good colleagues. Later, you discover that the people who stabbed you in the back were the very ones who had been especially nice to you at the beginning. Anyone considering working there should pay particular attention to two colleagues whose nicknames consist of repeated characters. Their character and emotional intelligence are both extremely poor; I was driven out by them.
