There are no advantages to speak of.
The working environment is extremely poor and hot. I experienced lower back pain and body aches on my very first day at work. My colleagues were foreign nationals, and I could not understand or communicate with them. They demanded that I work quickly and emphasized speed. I strongly advise against coming to this company.

None at all
The work environment is hot, there is only a half-hour lunch break, overtime is often required, and there are a lot of pay deduction rules. The people in the office have it easy, while the on-site workers are extremely busy. The long-time employees are very scheming, and one person does the work of multiple positions.

The lunch break is only half an hour. Job sites don’t dare write that during peak season, overtime is mandatory (latest until 89 o’clock).
