There are no advantages to speak of.

The working environment is extremely poor and hot. I experienced lower back pain and body aches on my very first day at work. My colleagues were foreign nationals, and I could not understand or communicate with them. They demanded that I work quickly and emphasized speed. I strongly advise against coming to this company.
