Pros

The colleagues at the black tables are all very easy to get along with, but there are very few of them left now.

Cons

The managers are incompetent, clueless, and incapable. We work just for the sake of having a job, and they expect employees to keep quiet and work obediently. If capable people offer suggestions, they should be mentally prepared to be targeted. Meetings are held every week without minutes being recorded; they do not even remember what they themselves said. They are always overambitious, trying to achieve everything in one step and bite off more than they can chew. They dismiss employees’ concrete goals and suggestions as nonsense. Although the company is so small, information is still kept compartmentalized, resulting in poor communication and making work difficult.

Every employee has to take on multiple roles, yet they still complain that we are too idle and have nothing to do. They often ask us to handle tasks outside our responsibilities. For example, sales staff are expected to organize the stores that need peripheral products delivered, even though their daily visiting schedules are already packed and they have no time. The marketing and design staff also have to squeeze in time, despite being extremely busy, to make a birthday card for the boss’s son, among many other bizarre requests.

If there is any problem with the app or any shortcomings in the company, raising them will not only get them blocked but may also draw verbal abuse. When a store wants to terminate its contract because of problems with the app or because the partnership is not beneficial, they assume there is something wrong with the store owner—or with the sales representative—and then demand that the sales commission be clawed back.

Because the company is small, decisions are made very quickly. Yet they use the same perspective to judge companies several times larger than ours, questioning whether the other party’s contract review is taking too long because the sales representative is not working hard enough, or because the other party is deliberately dragging its feet.

Finally, every employee is paid monkey wages and expected to work like Einstein!

Besides all of the above, there are many more things that will make you question your understanding of the world!

If you are interested, come and experience it for yourself.

Pros

Average.

Interviewed with two managers; it felt like they didn’t know how to promote things~

Cons

One of the senior managers is from Hong Kong.

They kept asking how much advertising costs, over and over.

It felt like they wanted me to provide free consultation.

Pros

Can't think of any.

Cons

At first, they contacted me to arrange an interview. After the two-stage interview process, the supervisor said they would respond within a week. They did respond within that week, but the content of the response was utterly ridiculous, so I won't go into it. In short, they said I had to wait a few more days and that they would contact me with the final result. Although I already knew at the time that I hadn't been selected, there was subsequently no further communication at all. The entire interview process, as well as the impression given by the boss and supervisor, was extremely poor.

Pros

None

Cons

Only one word—“terrible”—can describe it.

Overall experience: The job requirements listed by 104 and my work experience were both related to Type A work. However, during the interview, they suddenly said they hoped to find a candidate with experience related to Type B work. I received an interview notification immediately on the day I submitted my résumé, and the person who sent the notification was also the person who interviewed me. I can only say that it was truly a very poor interview experience.

Interview environment: The interview took place next to an employee’s desk because the meeting room had suddenly become unavailable. It was clear that the room was not being used for a meeting and that someone was working inside.

Interview process: The interview lasted less than ten minutes. As soon as they heard that I did not have relevant work experience, they immediately wanted to end the interview. They hastily asked whether I had any questions, and after I quickly answered, they ended the interview immediately.

I believe that I prepare very seriously before every interview. However, I hope to share this company’s behavior—wasting job applicants’ time and showing them no respect—here so that everyone will know.
