Only one word—“terrible”—can describe it.
Overall experience: The job requirements listed by 104 and my work experience were both related to Type A work. However, during the interview, they suddenly said they hoped to find a candidate with experience related to Type B work. I received an interview notification immediately on the day I submitted my résumé, and the person who sent the notification was also the person who interviewed me. I can only say that it was truly a very poor interview experience.
Interview environment: The interview took place next to an employee’s desk because the meeting room had suddenly become unavailable. It was clear that the room was not being used for a meeting and that someone was working inside.
Interview process: The interview lasted less than ten minutes. As soon as they heard that I did not have relevant work experience, they immediately wanted to end the interview. They hastily asked whether I had any questions, and after I quickly answered, they ended the interview immediately.
I believe that I prepare very seriously before every interview. However, I hope to share this company’s behavior—wasting job applicants’ time and showing them no respect—here so that everyone will know.
