The Quality Inspection Department supervisor is extremely fond of psychological manipulation. The Packaging Team Leader doesn’t want to offend anyone, leaves others to play the bad guy, and loves taking credit. They also meddle in everything—even matters belonging to other stations—and completely treat the team leaders of other stations as if they were invisible!
The supervisor has problems of their own but absolutely refuses to admit it!
Everything is the fault of the employees below, yet they love covering for problematic employees. Employees who work seriously and speak up about unfairness are then accused of being unable to communicate and of having too many problems!
In their eyes, picking and choosing which tasks to do, using phones during work, deliberately lowering output and causing later stations to have no production, having irregular attendance, and then using overtime to act as a wage thief—apparently all this outrageous behavior is normal! Employees who point out these unfair practices are the ones with too many problems! What a wonderful Quality Inspection Department 👍
Anyone who is tired of living can go in and give it a try 😊
Having them or not makes little difference!
It’s hard to imagine that this is a company that was established nearly 20 years ago!
It already has 101 stores, yet its internal policies are constantly changing. If you didn’t tell me, I would have thought it was a newly established company. It’s extremely unstable—I can’t believe it 😂
The benefits are pretty stingy, but I guess they’re still better than nothing?
The store staff are extremely difficult to deal with—they’ll come up with any excuse to audit you just to meet their sales targets!
This is the first time I’ve heard of an audit having a sales-target threshold. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
Who knows what dirty tricks they’ll pull for the sake of their sales targets? 🙄
You get a cup of water to drink
There are veteran employees in the Quality Control Department who pull sneaky moves to make newcomers take the blame, and they also love whispering in the supervisor’s ear! Even more outrageous, the supervisor will cover for them…
As soon as you arrive at the company, the interview is a joint interview with the owner and your direct supervisor.
The questions are quite professional, and they will discuss in depth the challenges you may face in this position in the future,
so you must prepare thoroughly in advance to avoid being unable to answer their questions.
The downsides are not too bad.
They tell you in advance
that this is definitely a responsibility-based position,
and that working overtime is fairly common.
