The environment is okay—only the environment 😊

The Quality Inspection Department supervisor is extremely fond of psychological manipulation. The Packaging Team Leader doesn’t want to offend anyone, leaves others to play the bad guy, and loves taking credit. They also meddle in everything—even matters belonging to other stations—and completely treat the team leaders of other stations as if they were invisible!

The supervisor has problems of their own but absolutely refuses to admit it!

Everything is the fault of the employees below, yet they love covering for problematic employees. Employees who work seriously and speak up about unfairness are then accused of being unable to communicate and of having too many problems!

In their eyes, picking and choosing which tasks to do, using phones during work, deliberately lowering output and causing later stations to have no production, having irregular attendance, and then using overtime to act as a wage thief—apparently all this outrageous behavior is normal! Employees who point out these unfair practices are the ones with too many problems! What a wonderful Quality Inspection Department 👍
