Read the community guidelinesThere are absolutely no advantages. During the interview, they tell you how great everything is, but they will never mention that mandatory overtime is required. They will only say that you need to cooperate, and that it is fine if you cannot cooperate.
During the interview, they tell you the base salary is a certain amount and mention various bonuses. Once you receive your paycheck, they tell you that the base salary plus bonuses is what reaches the base salary they mentioned during the interview. Then, when problems arise, they blame you for not doing your job properly and criticize you. Even when the contracting company has new regulations, they do not tell you and let you start under the old rules; when you violate the new rules, they blame you for not doing things properly. If there is a problem at work and you ask the company, they always tell you to ask the contracting company's supervisor. They cannot even help you solve problems. This is an utterly deplorable company. Also, even after you pass the interview and are hired, they will not let you start work immediately. They keep delaying it until your savings are nearly depleted and you can barely make ends meet, and only then tell you your start date. Then they tell you that you can borrow money in advance. Absolutely terrible—do not come to this company under any circumstances!!

Give you endless expectations (the day they are fulfilled is always just around the corner)
Bitch about when the hell the boss is going to give you a raise
When you have half an hour stolen from you every day without realizing it
Completely lacking in integrity and full of lies,
just intent on taking you for everything you’ve got; the point is, the victim is still completely unaware
There are many things to complain about
There are too many things to complain about
