There are absolutely no advantages. During the interview, they tell you how great everything is, but they will never mention that you are required to work overtime. They only say that you need to cooperate, and that it is okay if you cannot cooperate.

During the interview, they tell you that the base salary is a certain amount and that there are bonuses or something similar. Once you receive your paycheck, they tell you that the amount mentioned in the interview can only be reached by adding the bonus to the base salary. Then, when problems arise, they blame you for not doing your work properly and berate you. Even when the subcontracting company has new regulations, they do not tell you and let you start under the old regulations; when you violate them, they blame you for not doing things properly. If there is a problem at work and you ask the company, they always tell you to ask the subcontractor's supervisor about it. They cannot even help you solve problems. This is simply an utterly unacceptable company. In addition, even after you pass the interview and are hired, they will not let you start work right away. They keep delaying it until your savings are nearly depleted and you can barely make ends meet, and only then tell you your start date. Then they tell you that you can borrow money as an advance. This company is absolutely terrible—do not come to work here under any circumstances!!
