Read the community guidelinesThe advantage is that everyone at the company is quite strange~ rather special~ The company is very lively.
The disadvantage is: There is a vice president who is very fat and has a very large belly? It seems the boss often says he is a top salesperson, right? But all day long, you can hear the female boss scolding him for doing things wrong, which is a bit puzzling?
The number of employees is not listed on the company’s 104 profile because staff turnover is very high and it cannot be calculated. There are consistently three male salespeople (including the vice president) and two administrative staff, I think.
But it seems the accounting staff are also constantly being replaced. In short, there are actually about five people, for the reference of other interviewees.
The boss doesn’t understand many concepts, so people who don’t want to work seriously can easily coast along.
It is very difficult for people who work seriously to do their jobs properly
because the boss makes decisions based heavily on feelings.
Employees are asked to do things unrelated to their jobs, and then told, “I haven’t treated you unfairly.”
Job responsibilities are not clearly assigned.
The boss believes that capable people should do more. Before Lunar New Year, employees are asked to share the burden during difficult times, but then the year-end bonus is neither paid nor mentioned—you have to ask her for it yourself.
Besides basic tasks such as sweeping leaves at the entrance, taking out the trash, running errands to buy lunch and offerings, and serving clients tea and washing the cups,
you are also expected to know how to cook, make noodles, and prepare lemon water for colleagues.
The company accountant cannot do the books but can cook. (During the pandemic, the boss required employees to cook food at the company for their colleagues.)
The attitude is basically that even if you have made no contribution, your hard work still counts,
and the boss is able to appreciate that.
Conversely, if you are unwilling to do things unrelated to your job, then no matter how well you perform your work, you will still be considered to have a bad attitude,
because the boss “hasn’t treated you unfairly.”
Overall, the company is run very much according to the boss’s feelings.
Employees who know how to please the boss can thrive.
Even employees who make serious mistakes that cause the company to lose millions,
resulting in year-end bonuses being unaffordable,
can keep their jobs.
It is arguably even more secure than an iron rice bowl.
The boss is also very proud that the company is like a family,
because there are six employees, two of whom are relatives of the boss.
Whether it is suitable depends on each job seeker’s personality and luck.
Convenient location
Small company; there are only three female office staff members. The younger one is very patient, while the older one is very harsh and shifts all the blame onto newcomers.
Even though I clearly did not delete the system documents, I was accused of deleting things recklessly.
The company atmosphere is very poor.
