I submitted my résumé but received no response. I later called to politely ask the person in charge, Ms. Li, whether there were any suitable openings. She replied over the phone that there were none. After a while, Ms. Chen contacted me to arrange an interview, but after responding about the time, she disappeared again. Now she has reappeared again?

I submitted my résumé but did not receive a response for a long time. After I called, they scheduled an interview. On the day of the interview, they said that none of the supervisors were there. I waited at the site for more than an hour, and no one paid any attention to me. I already had a very bad impression at that point.
Later, the interview lasted less than five minutes. They told me to add them on LINE and said I could ask any questions there. When I asked questions, they took one or two days to reply, and even then their responses were unclear. They also never said whether I had been hired.
