A company that shows very little respect for its employees’ professionalism. The boss is extremely vain; if you are a young woman, he will treat you very well, regardless of whether his wife is nearby. When franchise owners have problems, he chooses to avoid them, while he smears his competitors. The scheduling of work progress is an even bigger mess.
