The salary and benefits are not transparent, the work covers everything under the sun, and employees are not really expected to have much of a voice (whatever the boss’s wife tells you all to do, that’s what you do); after working for a week, I quit… Then, when I saw the transferred salary the following month, I could only laugh awkwardly. To this day, I still haven’t figured out how it was calculated—it doesn’t match the hourly wage (?!).
🙌I sincerely recommend working part-time at 7-Eleven or PX Mart instead; it would be more stable than the salary level they verbally offer, and you wouldn’t have to put up with a company that exploits employees and makes decisions based on someone’s mood.

The salary and benefits were unclear, and I had to press for a long time before they were willing to disclose even a little.
The salary listed on the job bank was clearly quite high, but they later said that the probationary-period salary might be in a lower range, and that it included other fees.
When I asked how much the base salary and perfect-attendance bonus were, she also gave very vague answers, saying that the base salary might start from something like the minimum wage and be increased from there. She kept saying it might be within this range and refused to give a clear answer (even though I had already been hired, she still would not say).
If I had not asked, the supervisor had no intention of clearly explaining the salary deductions and perfect-attendance bonus system, nor the method used to calculate the salary. Overall, it was extremely dishonest.
The design computer used Windows, and the desktop was extremely cluttered. It looked as though the data and files had not been organized properly.
There is an evaluation after the probationary period. Only if they deem you suitable and capable of taking responsibility for projects might they adjust your salary (again, this includes other fees and is not the base salary).

1. You apply for position A, but after actually starting work, you are asked to do the work of position B.
Example: You apply for a customer service position but are required to do the work of a sales assistant.
2. One person takes on multiple roles.
Example: Your title is sales assistant, but you are also expected to handle packaging, shipping, accounting, marketing, graphic design, and more. If you can drive, you may also be made to serve as the boss’s private chauffeur (when the boss is abroad, you have to pick up and drop off the boss and the boss’s wife to and from work, and take their children to and from school).
3. No comprehensive training.
Example: You have to figure everything out yourself by reviewing materials left behind by predecessors (because the turnover is so high that there is practically no one to ask) or searching online. When you ask your supervisor, they may look at you as if to say, “How could you come ask me about this?” or give you vague, ambiguous answers.
4. You are expected to remember many things after being told only once, while the supervisors themselves cannot remember many things and require you to remind them repeatedly.
Example: They insist that when assigning tasks, you must take notes or send them a Line message or email, yet they still cannot remember things and keep asking you about them again and again.
5. Constantly changing instructions.
Example: They tell you to do something one way in the morning, but after you finish and show them, they change their story in the afternoon.
6. The boss and the boss’s wife are not on the same page, leaving employees at a loss.
Example: Both are very strong-willed and have plenty of ideas, but neither is willing to communicate and coordinate with the other. One will say to do A while the other says to do B; one moment employees are told to do things one way, and the next they are told to do them another way. Employees often end up caught in the middle or acting as their messenger.
7. No sense of time.
Example: The company often participates in exhibitions or takes on activities such as Lions Club events. They agree on a meeting time with employees, but are often at least 15–30 minutes late. (Unfortunately, for some matters, employees have no authority to make any decisions before they arrive and can only wait around.)
8. An exploitative, old-school-boss mentality.
Example: When employees resign, it is always the other person’s fault; I have no problem. In any case, as long as I have money, I am not afraid of being unable to hire employees.
If you can accept all of the above, those who are thick-skinned enough are welcome to give it a try!

1. There is no comprehensive training; everything has to be figured out on your own, and the answers you get when asking questions are also ambiguous.
2. The supervisor communicates unclearly but expects you to understand everything the first time. In addition, their memory seems poor, so things need to be repeated over and over again.
3. The supervisor cannot accept other people’s ideas.
4. Constantly changes decisions and instructions.
5. Required to act as a driver for private errands.
6. Every employee who leaves is considered to have insufficient ability; it has absolutely nothing to do with the company itself!
7. Has absolutely no sense of time! Absolutely! Only their time counts as time; everyone else’s time is worthless…
8. Very good at bragging.

If you have a strong heart, come and take on the challenge!
All positions have the same salary during the employment period, and you can drink a little coffee.
The bosses (including the female boss) come from sales backgrounds and speak very sharply! The female boss is cautious and careful, has a strong need for control, and has very strong opinions of her own. If our paths and principles differ, we cannot work together.
Don’t go unless you have a strong heart.
