Daily targets are not transparent, and even after meeting them, more cases continue to be assigned. Occasional overtime is based on the number of cases, with no overtime pay; only potential bonuses are used as an incentive. Training is nonexistent: you are expected to learn all the procedures within one day and work independently the next day. The cases are highly complex, and sometimes you have to learn something new again shortly after starting. The learning is superficial, and unfinished work from senior employees is distributed among new hires. Overall, the system is chaotic, the rules frequently change, and the pressure is extremely high.

The turnover rate is extremely high, with people leaving and joining very quickly. The salary includes the year-end bonus, which is distributed monthly based on the average amount. The managers are extremely “double-standard.” Overtime must be approved; otherwise, it is always considered voluntary work by the employee, and there is no overtime pay. Be sure to clarify this before working overtime.
The salary is deducted for welfare fees, but their purpose is unknown. I have not felt any benefits from them. Even when using stationery, using too many basic sticky notes will be criticized. Unless you take on a position, your salary will not be increased.
Some senior employees have poor emotional management at work, which affects the working atmosphere. There are also no SOPs, and everyone handles things differently. What colleague A says differs from what colleague B says. They will even ask who taught you to do it that way, looking for someone to blame, which puts new employees in an impossible position and makes for a very poor experience. Work is distributed unevenly: senior employees can chat while assigning their workload to new employees. They also demand certain performance results, but when senior employees fail to meet the figures, they are not criticized. In addition, some senior employees give their work to new employees while counting the performance toward themselves.
