Daily targets are not transparent, and even after meeting them, more cases continue to be assigned. Occasional overtime is based on the number of cases, with no overtime pay; only potential bonuses are used as an incentive. Training is nonexistent: you are expected to learn all the procedures within one day and work independently the next day. The cases are highly complex, and sometimes you have to learn something new again shortly after starting. The learning is superficial, and unfinished work from senior employees is distributed among new hires. Overall, the system is chaotic, the rules frequently change, and the pressure is extremely high.
