I can relate… My impression is… There’s no system, the pay is low and the workload is heavy, and there are lots of mosquitoes. The shipping area has no air conditioning, making it a great place for walking and sweating. There’s no overtime pay, and annual raises are determined based on performance and amount to less than a thousand. It feels like doing volunteer work. If you make even a small mistake, they berate you as if you were an animal. It’s more worthwhile and enjoyable to work part-time~
Slightly more fake than competitors
The company’s policies change constantly, and bonuses are not paid according to the stated rules. Job responsibilities are unclear, making it difficult for employees to work.
The turnover rate is extremely high. This is a company with no credibility. The boss makes grand promises to recruit people, so think carefully.
