The shipping area has no air conditioning, making it a great place for walking and sweating. There’s no overtime pay, and annual raises are determined based on performance and amount to less than a thousand. It feels like doing volunteer work. If you make even a small mistake, they berate you as if you were an animal. It’s more worthwhile and enjoyable to work part-time~
