1. The boss is extremely emotional and treats employees by giving them one major scolding every three days and a minor one every two days. Each reprimand usually lasts at least an hour, and the attitude is terrible, making the office atmosphere extremely depressing as well.

The boss has no clear direction and treats part-time workers’ duties as those of full-time employees. Only after being reminded was the boss willing to provide labor and health insurance for the part-time worker. In addition, transportation costs for outside sales are paid out of pocket.
