Workplace reviews and discussion: 先知資訊有限公司

None

1. The boss is extremely emotional and treats employees by giving them one major scolding every three days and a minor one every two days. Each reprimand usually lasts at least an hour, and the attitude is terrible, making the office atmosphere extremely depressing as well.

2. No one knows what direction the company is taking. It claims to be an authoritative media outlet focused on virtual currency and blockchain, but almost all of its articles are compiled from websites in mainland China, with no original viewpoints whatsoever. It cannot compete with rival media outlets at all. Although the boss says they used to be an editor, the articles they write are actually.......

3. The office environment is poor. The air conditioning is almost never turned on, so the carbon dioxide concentration throughout the office is extremely high and makes people feel dizzy. In addition, to save electricity, half of the office lights are kept off, making it feel as though there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

4. The boss has no ability to solve problems. The only way they solve problems is by verbally abusing you relentlessly.

Conclusion: As a matter of conscience, my sincere advice is: under no circumstances should you work here. You will gain absolutely no sense of achievement or growth; your personality will only be destroyed endlessly.
