This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelinesThere are quite a lot of places to eat nearby, most colleagues are easy to get along with, and you can generally leave work on time.
The interview process took an extremely long time—about three-plus hours from start to finish. At first, the interview was conducted more like a casual conversation, which was acceptable, but after joining, the actual work arrangements differed from what had been described initially. In addition, the boss gives unclear instructions and has difficulty clearly expressing what they want, making communication difficult and resulting in a relatively high turnover rate. Instructions are also often conveyed through voice-to-text messages spanning an entire page, which feels pressuring. On top of that, the marketing team often agrees with the boss; although they said there would be room to make things happen, in reality there was no room for discussion at all. You can experience it for yourself during the interview.
This is not a fact; it is defamation~
Recently on this forum,
I have seen many false comments and accusations,
and there are also clearly identifiable targets (this OP is the company's marketing employee),
so the content has already violated Article 309 of the Criminal Code concerning public insult, as well as aggravated defamation under Article 310.
.
Based on the need to defend my reputation, I am making this statement and clarification here, as follows.
.
(1) The poster (IP: 2001:b400:e2af:dc82:448:750e:fc7c:8387)
commented:
“....and you also have to guard against marketing suddenly stabbing you in the back; they only know how to curry favor
They are so idle at work that they watch costume dramas
and earn higher salaries than us
They spend all day currying favor and chatting with the boss, then leave work”
-
< Clarification >
This poster does not understand the content of marketing work.
In fact, marketing work is very busy and not idle at all.
It often happens that all my colleagues have left work while I am the only one working overtime.
Former colleagues often left work earlier than I did, so how could they understand the hardships of other people's work?
.
The poster also said of me: “So idle at work that I watch costume dramas.”
This allegation is even more an unsupported and untrue act of defamation.
Consider that the company has an open-plan office, surrounded by colleagues and supervisors.
Everyone is working very seriously.
I do not know why this poster has such a misunderstanding and makes such accusations.
.
My supervisors and colleagues and I respect one another,
and I am courteous and polite; I have never stabbed anyone in the back.
Yet I have been publicly insulted by this poster, who referred to me as “someone who only knows how to curry favor.”
Where is the justice?
(2) The poster (IP: 49.158.23.70)
This poster stated:
“Most of my colleagues are pretty good,
except for the boss's dog in marketing.”
.
< Clarification >
This poster directly called me the boss's dog.
I am a person, not a dog.
This statement has seriously insulted my dignity.
No one should demean a colleague by calling them a dog.
The law does not grant anyone the right to insult others.
.
I have prepared the relevant materials and will initiate legal proceedings.
I also remind netizens that when leaving comments on online platforms, please be rational and慎重!!!
Do not use this as a weapon to harm or demean others, and do not break the law by putting yourself to the test.
------------------------------------------------------
Having encountered this matter, this OP is truly feeling very low.
I am physically and mentally exhausted, and my emotions at work have also been greatly affected.
I feel that in the online world,
I have suffered a serious, stifling loss without recourse.
These false accusations may even
affect my future career development.
.
I do not know why, despite having no personal grievance with these posters,
they publicly humiliated me online
and used me as a target to vent their resentment.
.
I regret that these posters do not understand me.
Although I work in marketing,
I am not unfamiliar with such rumors and attacks from the shadows.
Often, because colleagues do not understand marketing work,
they develop misunderstandings and prejudices toward the marketing department or its colleagues.
This is truly unfair to marketing personnel.
.
Here, I still want to thank my current colleagues and supervisors
for supporting and recognizing me.
They know that I am not that kind of person.
.
I will also try to adjust my mood
and not lose confidence in myself
because of these irrational and even insulting remarks.
.
Those who have left have left.
Those who remain are willing to strive together.
That is what matters most!!!

.
Article 310 of the Criminal Code

A person who commits the offense in the preceding paragraph by disseminating text or images shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two years, detention, or a fine of not more than 1,000 yuan.
A person shall not be punished if they can prove that the defamatory facts are true. However, this exception does not apply when the matter concerns private morality and is unrelated to the public interest.
None
The work environment is straightforward, and you usually finish work on time, unlike other online retail companies where you have to work overtime until 8 or 9 p.m.
Most things are still acceptable.
Most of the colleagues are pretty good,
except for the boss and the marketing department.
1. The boss has a particularly terrible bad habit:
he tends to wait until 10 minutes before the end of the workday on a Friday, before your probationary period is over, to tell you that you don't need to come to work starting tomorrow.
If you don't have time to collect your belongings, they can be mailed to you.
Return your access card immediately.
I heard I was the sixth person.
If you happen to see this article,
evaluate the situation for yourself.
2. Because of this, turnover is also extremely high.
Colleagues always mysteriously disappear the next day.
They disappear one after another,
but a few days later there is another new hire.
Get along well with colleagues, and there are many good places to eat near work.
The boss gives unclear instructions, and I often can't understand them.
Even if you don't understand, you can't ask questions, or you'll get scolded.
You have to work overtime, but there is no overtime pay.
Basically, you can leave work on time once your tasks are finished.
However, there is sometimes unexpected work.
There are many demands, but the pay is low.
